Before You Make Your Purchase 
  • Billing & Shipping address "MUST" match. Your order will be canceled if both billing and shipping does not match & charged $16.98 processing fee

  • If would like to ship to a different address you "MUST" use/select manual payment, and pay using Zelle.

  •  REFUNDS/RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions & Chemical Hair color. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

 

  • If I order today, Will I receive my hair next week?          

On average, most customers received their hair in 14 business days from original purchase date. However, it is recommended that you allow yourself enough time to receive your hair. Always prepare for unexpected delays from USPS due to weather related conditions.

 

  • Can I Expedite my order? What if I pay extra?

Unfortunately this option is not available. Every item is handmade with care, attention to detail and love.  It can take 10 business days (not including holidays and weekends)  before  your order is shipped. After it is shipped it will take 2-3 business days for US residents and 10-15 business days for International Orders

  • Can I dye or color the hair?

Yes the hair can be dyed/colored. Sometimes the chemicals in these products may loosen the hair pattern.

  • Primary Shipping Method

 USPS/Post Office - Priority Mail is the primary method of shipping.

 

  •  International Orders

All international orders  go through USPS First Class Mail. It is fast and cheaper for the customer. It comes with tracking. Things such as imports, taxes, and charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please be familiar with your countries custom rates and rules.

 

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damage Package

We take very GOOD care of every single item we make and ship out, but unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items once they're out of my hand. Because of the nature of handmade items and this business, we cannot give refunds if your item/package is damaged or lost.
